Design and Implementation of paperless processes for insurance company Tryg. The implementation of the solution has transformed Tryg from a paper based work environment to a paperless work environment where all scanned documents, emails, electronic documents are stored in IBM DB2 Content Manager on zOS.
My job has been programming the Domino Notes Group Mail Template used by +1700 users and building integration to Tryg legacy systems.
The Lotus Domino Notes Group Mail template solution seamlessly integrates the mail system with legacy systems like “Tosca” for claims processing and “Siebel” for Customer Relationship Management and Sales through VB interface and SOA services.
End users can archive Inbound or Outbound Mails, SMS and Fax in IBM DB2 Content Manager archive and create activities in legacy systems like Tosca and Siebel.
The entire project ran as an agile development process with sprint development cycles and daily SCRUM meetings.

- Installation, documentation, upgrade etc. of Content Manager for BRF Kredit.
- Upgrade of Content Manager Installation at HSBC in Monaco.
In this period of time I have worked with a number of products in the IBM Information Management portfolio doing installation, upgrades, documentation, integration, etc.
The products that I primarily have worked with are: Content Manager, DB2, WAS, CSLD, Q-Rep, Alphablox, II4C/WIICE and OmniFind.
